Hi, I’m Kathy!

I know what it feels like to crave change but feel too tired, overwhelmed, or stuck in old patterns to make it happen. For years, I carried limiting beliefs that held me back from living with ease and joy. The turning point came when I finally listened to a quiet inner voice that said, “Just start.” That single step opened the door to transformation.

Today, I am a Master Mindfulness Instructor and mentor who helps women create mindful, sustainable routines that nurture their nervous system, reframe limiting beliefs, and support both personal and professional growth.

Drawing from my certifications, training, and years of experience, I’ve developed a three-phase coaching process that blends mindfulness, mindset, and intentional practices. This approach is designed to help you discover what you truly want, create a plan that aligns with your values, and, most importantly, implement it in a way that fits your real life.

My passion is helping women like you design daily routines and practices that are both grounding and freeing so you can step into the next season of life with clarity, confidence, and compassion.

Personal 90 minute Focus Session

  • 90-Minute Focus Session with one week of email/messaging.

    A time dedicated to you, your goals, and your desired outcome.

    This session is for you if your focus is to create a new habit or goal, release unwanted beliefs, or create a Nervous System or Mindfulness routine. By the end of our time together, you will have action steps that put you on the path to success!

    This time is devoted to you and your journey. You leave with tons of insight, focus, and action steps.

    It’s like peeling that proverbial onion at your own pace.

    No worries!

    After your session, you will receive coaching for one week via email and Voxer, a free 24/7 messaging app.

    You may be given audio, workbooks, or PDFs to support your chosen focus.

  • 1. Nervous System Resiliency

    MOOD

    Learn skills and tools that support your Parasympathetic Nervous System and spend more time in a calm and receptive state, aka “rest and digest,” instead of the heightened defensive state, aka “fight or flight.” Being in this calm space allows your mind to quiet down too. A significant benefit of a clear mind is that your inner voice, intuition, and inner compass will have a chance to be heard!

    MINDFULNESS

    Realizing that your first friend and confidant lies inside you and that you must reconnect with that old friend is the most empowering part of your journey.

    Cultivating Mindfulness is a skill everyone has. Tapping into how to access your calm is key!

    When setting goals, more than half the work is done when your goals and habits are developed using your intuition!

  • 3. Mindset and Thought Work

    MINDSET

    Your mindset shapes everything. It shapes how you view yourself, your world, and your place in it. People describe two types of mindsets; a fixed mindset (a deterministic view of the world) and a growth mindset (a healthy sense of free will).

    It’s our experience that most people have a combination of the two and will have circumstances where they use them. Whatever your mindset, we know it was learned, installed, and perfected over time by repetition. Knowing this is encouraging because it tells us you can create, install and practice the mindset you need to live in joy, embracing being you.
