Tell us about yourself!
I'm originally from Rochester, NY, and spent most of my life in big cities starting in my early 20s - Boston, Manhattan, and DC. I just started what I'm calling a a vision journey, traveling around the U.S. visiting friends and family. I feel such gratitude for this opportunity and am open to learning how I can be of service and where I will land next.

When did you join TLC, and what do you love most about being a member?
I joined TLC at the beginning of 2025. Community has always been a great source of emotional support and belonging for me. The group online meetings are my favorite, and the topics and discussions always resonate. Kathy has attracted such wise and compassionate women to TLC, and I truly appreciate everyone's contributions and insights. The replays are such a great source, along with the video and audio resources. My favorite are the videos on how to balance our Chakras.

Tell us a fun or interesting tidbit about you!
I did a solo travel excursion in Central America in 2000. I started in Belize with friends to celebrate the New Year, then headed to Tikal to see the incredible Mayan ruins, then spent the rest of the trip solo, traveling through Guatemala and Mexico. My trip included two weeks living with a Guatemalan family and learning Spanish, crossing the border to Mexico, and heading to the west coast, where I randomly ran into a friend of mine (a story for another time) and decided to spend time with her for a week. After two months traveling solo, I ended my trip in Oaxaca, where I reconnected with some friends I had started the New Year with in Belize. 

What would you like to share or offer to the group?
I’d love to share two podcasts that continue to inspire me: Hidden Brain and The Moth. Hidden Brain dives into the unseen patterns that shape our behavior and decisions—it’s a powerful reminder of how much we’re influenced by things beneath the surface. The Moth is all about real people sharing true stories, told from the heart—sometimes funny, sometimes heartbreaking, always human. I love these podcasts because they remind me that we’re not alone in our experiences. Hearing others reflect on their joys, struggles, and insights connects us to something bigger.

And if I could leave you with one thought, it’s this: we thrive when we take the time to explore, embrace, and honor our true selves. That’s where real growth—and real peace—begin.
